Official Rules:

1. Raffle ticket purchase is necessary to enter or win.  The purchase is $25 each or five (5) tickets for $100.
2. Eligibility:  You are eligible to win if you are a legal resident of the United States and are 18 years of age or older on 6/12/23.  You must possess a valid driver’s license. Employees of United Way of Denton County and DATCU are ineligible to win.
3. Timing:  The raffle begins at 12:01 am Central Standard Time (CST) on Monday, 6/12/23 and ends at 9:30 am on Friday, 9/08/23 CST.  We will notify the winner by email or phone at the information provided by the ticket holder at the time of purchase.  Please be sure to print this information legibly. The winning ticket will become void at 12:01 am September 22, 2023 if not claimed prior to this date and time. If ticket is not claimed at this time, a new winner will be drawn.  Attendance is not necessary to win.  To win, all ticket information fields must be fully and accurately completed or the raffle entry will be void.
4.  How to Enter:  You may purchase tickets at any of DATCU’s twelve (12) locations in Denton or Wise Counties; or at any event where tickets are being sold by DATCU, Cycle Center of Denton, or representatives of United Way of Denton County.  Each ticket will be verified and being genuine and forged or illegal tickets presented will be prosecuted.  No Refunds will be given.
5. The net proceeds of the raffle will benefit United Way of Denton County, Inc. a 501C3 Charitable Organization.   This raffle is being sponsored by United Way of Denton County, Inc., a 501C3 Charitable Organization and specific authority has been granted to DATCU to conduct the raffle and sell tickets using its trademarks and authority.

The following prize will be awarded:  a) One 2022 Polaris Ranger SP 570 4X4.  MSRP value $14951.20; Sponsor (United Way of Denton County, Inc.) is awarding the prize 2022 Polaris Ranger SP 570 4X4 on an “as-is” basis without warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind express or implied (including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, safety, legality for use by the winner.  Winner is solely responsible for:  A. -all applicable fees and expenses related to the acceptance, award, and use of his/her prize, including (but not limited to) B. any Prize- utility task vehicle expenses (including but not limited to registration (plus any additional or replacement equipment/parts, and installation required for registration) license, title insurance, insurance, gas, and maintenance;   C. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including where applicable sales tax) due on the awarded prize and required to allow the transfer of title to the winner in accord with Texas State Law;  and D. Any other expenses not specifically listed herein that relate to the Prize.   The prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded.  No cash or other substitution may be made, except in the event that a prize cannot be awarded for any reason in which case, the Sponsor will in its sole discretion award a substitute prize thereof of equal or greater value.   The odds of winning will depend on the number of tickets sold.  There will be a maximum of 2000 tickets printed and sold for this raffle.
