Olivia Mata-Williams, a Licensed Master Social Worker, brings advanced expertise in social systems, policy analysis, and program coordination to United Way of Denton County (UWDC). With a strong foundation in research and systems-based interventions, Olivia began her tenure with UWDC as a Workforce Success Leadership Team intern in the Pathway to Success program. She has since played a pivotal role in organizing the Denton County Nonprofit Convening and contributing to both the Community Needs Assessment and Legislative Advocacy teams. Her experience in cross-sector collaboration and stakeholder engagement has strengthened efforts within UWDC’s three Leadership Teams—Behavioral Health, Workforce Success, and Housing & Homelessness. Olivia’s technical proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, and program evaluation allows her to drive impactful initiatives in mental health, workforce development, and housing. Her expertise aligns directly with UWDC’s mission to implement evidence-based solutions that foster systemic change and community resilience.
