Creating a strong financial future for every generation.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to sustain a family and build financial security for the long term. That’s why we’re helping hard-working ALICE families make ends meet while connecting them with education, financial tools, and job training opportunities to empower them to create a better, more sustainable future for themselves and their loved ones.

THROUGH COMMUNITY INVESTMENTS AND COLLABORATIVE PROGRAMS, WE
- Assess our community's unique challenges in the workforce and help bridge the gap between financially-fragile ALICE households and employers by providing resources and overcoming obstacles.
- Fund and amplify the efforts of effective economic mobility programs to help every person get on a path toward financial security.
- Leverage donations from individuals and corporations with local, state, and federal grants to identify and address gaps in adult education and workforce upskilling so every individual and family can increase earning potential, succeed, and thrive.

DIGITAL LITERACY INITIATIVE
Digital literacy is essential in today's world where technology plays a critical role in education, employment, and health. But, many in our community are not comfortable in this digital age.
