We provide free income tax preparation to ALICE families and individuals at our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites. Families and individuals with household incomes of $64,000 or less can visit one of multiple locations across Denton County where they will work with an IRS-certified volunteer to help review documents, complete federal tax forms, get a better understanding of what is owed, or ideally get the largest refund possible.
This successful program has helped Denton County residents improve economic mobility and financial security since 2008.
