Sadi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Texas Woman’s University and obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Texas A&M University-Commerce. During her undergraduate and graduate studies, she interned with United Way of Denton County, where she gained valuable experience working with residents in need and learning nonprofit operations.
Prior to her social work career, Sadi served in the United States Marine Corps, completing one tour in Afghanistan as a Field Radio Operator. She was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for her hard work and dedication to duty. Sadi is passionate about helping veterans access the resources they need to thrive. She looks forward to leveraging her experience and skills in her role as the Veteran Initiatives Coordinator.
